

After class on Tuesday, it was off to Scotland for my second trip to Edinburgh. I guess I was hungry for more.

That's me at 6 Summerhall Square - where my great-grandfather was born and lived from 1908 to 1928!


After a rather touristy and spooky tour of the underground streets and 'ghosts' and quick look at The Fruitmarket Gallery, we checked out Camera Obscura and its 'world of illusions'. Here I am, decapitated:




There was also a fabulous dusk time view from the top floor.

I have saved the best for last. Scotland, known for the nutritious, well-balanced diets of the locals, is home to the infamous deep-fried Mars Bar (among crispy goodness pictured below)
